TR 2L - safe lighting of the safe/vault interior via LED. For safes and vaults with inner separate lockable box or small and medium size safes without inner box. The lighting is delivered together with the respective safe as a custom production incl. accumulator (accu included in the price). Alternatively an external backup power supply can be provided, e.g. TR 1L EXTPWR, AWZ 100, AWZ 333.

Specifications and technical parameters :
LED strip placed in aluminum bar with diffuser cover vertically in the front corner of the safe + horizontally in the upper corner of the inner box. Connected in parallel - both illuminate when the safe door is opened.
Color temperature: 2700K to 3000K (warm white)
LED power: 2.4 W/m resp. 4.8 W/m, power corresponding to tape length according to the safe size
Protection: fusible tube fuse 5x20 mm, T 1A/250V, in screwed housing
Cabling: SiF 0.5mm², Cu conductors in silicone insulation, -40°C to +125°C
Main - concealed microswitch (ON/OFF), toggle
Operating - microswitch with roller, controlled by opening the safe door. The switch closes when the door is opened to 5° or more, switch-off when the door is closed (and locked).
Tested battery life (12V/1.3Ah): cca 200x opening the safe/vault door (2x per day/1 min.), practically 4 to 6 month
Recharging the accu: three-stage charger for Pb battery OptiMATE 1. It is recommended to recharge 4x a year according to the intensity of use of the safe. The charger is not included in TR 2L product.

ATTENTION - lighting can not be ordered separately, only with a safe (vault) as a custom adjustment. The adjustment requires a large proportion of manual work, accurate measurement and positioning of the elements, as every safe of even the same type and batch can vary in millimeters or fractions thereof. This plays a major role in the installation and fine-tuning of the switch-on / switch-off positions, the positioning of the LED strips, the electrical wiring and the wall penetrations, etc.
